The second oldest building in Starý Smokovec, which belongs to the Tatra Gallery in Poprad. There are regular art exhibitions: photography, painting with a change of theme. There is a hall of sports fame of the city of High Tatras: photo-documentation and information medallion of sports personalities of the Tatras.
