Academic artist, Igor Pančuk, was born on 12th June 1958 in Černovec in Bukovina in The Ukraine Republic. He studied at the Faculty of Graphic and Plastic Arts of Odesa Institute, branch oilpainting in 1979-1984. He was a student of Professors P.A. Zločivský and J. J. Logvin. After his graduation he worked as an University tutor at the Faculty of Arts and Crafts of Chersonsky Institute between 1984-1992. He is the winner of young artists competition in Odesa in 1983 and Cherson in 1986. In year 1994 he started to perform and exsposure in Slovakia, where he has been active until today.
