Letná séria cvičení pre zdravie
The High Tatras region invites all enthusiasts of active movement to summer exercises for health in the open air directly in the High Tatras.
Calm your mind with active movement in the beautiful lap of Tatra nature with a professional instructor. Directly under the open sky and fragrant trees, elements of Pilates, breathing and yoga will refresh the body and soul. Exercises also help shape the body, improve strength and help the body get rid of pain.
The exercises are suitable for athletes, beginners, advanced, pregnant mothers and all ages.
Exercises will take place every working day from 14 June 2022 to 2 September 2022 at 4.00 p.m.:
Monday: Nový Smokovec / Hotel Villa Siesta (all year)
Tuesday: Nový Smokovec / Sibír - multifunctional playground
Wednesday: Tatranská Lomnica / city park
Thursday: Nový Smokovec / Sibír - multifunctional playground
Friday: Tatranská Lomnica / city park
Exercise mats and fitters are available free of charge and comfortable clothing is also recommended.
