After several years of intense touring across the UK, Germany and Eastern Europe - including performances on the iconic stages of Glastonbury Festival and in front of over 5,000 people at Pohoda Festival - the band has reached a point characterised by a strong dynamic and shared magic.
Their live performances are built on a deep connection - between the band members themselves and with the audience. Night after night, listeners describe feeling shaken, opened up and transported elsewhere - drawn into a state of tension and freedom reminiscent of the spirit of the 60s and the energy of Woodstock. For the band, this is no coincidence: it is the result of the absolute commitment of the musicians, who reject half-heartedness and fully invest in the music and in making each other better people.
Since winning the "Debut of the Year" award (2017) for their album Botanika (2017), Tolstoys have released three studio albums - Mirror Me (2022), No Limit To Love (2024) and The Buzz (2025), the latter of which focuses on capturing the band's raw concert energy on record. In 2025, they toured Europe with Alibet, a Senegalese musician, filmmaker and intercultural artist, fusing West African rhythms with Tolstoys' psychedelic soundscape to create a powerful, intercultural concert experience in 360° space.
Tolstoys continue to seek opportunities where collective energy and freedom can flourish.
