Tatras as medicine - free lecture, meditation and sound therapy with Vierka Aysi lecture + Meditation + sound therapy 90 min. (from 12.45–2.15 pm)
For the workshop it is necessary to ensure:
Custom yoga mat
Drinking regime and refreshments, towel, sportswear / we also recommend dry clothes for exchange
Each participant of the workshop declares that he knows his health condition and is eligible to participate in the movement workshop
