Practical Workshop – Breathe Fully
Come to the Tatras not only for clean air, but also to learn how to breathe it correctly! It's not enough to breathe good air, how we breathe matters too.
In the interactive workshop BREATHE FULLY, we will look at functional breathing in a simple, clear, and above all practical way.
What to expect:
- Self-observation of breath and nasal breathing
- Breathing during walking and movement
- Body posture, tongue, and lips during breathing
- Specific practical tips for daily life
