Creative workshops for pre-ordered school groups, as an accompanying event to the exhibition Flax - a plant of many forms. Presentation of the individual stages of growth and processing of flax as a plant up to the production of clothing from flax fiber. Weaving bracelets on weaving combs, which represents one of the techniques of textile processing from natural materials. Each child will take home a hand-woven bracelet.

The event will take place in the lecture rooms of the Podtatranske Museum in Poprad, Vajanského 72/4.

The project "A plant of many forms or a traditional-non-traditional view of flax (2nd stage, exhibition part)" was supported from public funds by the Art Support Fund.

Duration of the creative workshop: 1 lesson/45 minutes.

Entry every full hour.
