An ancient practice of movement, breathing, and energy work focusing on body relaxation, regeneration, vitality, and stress reduction. Guided by instructors Beáta Liptáková, Miroslav Chudej, and Ingrid Grešová. Equipment is provided; bringing your own mat and wearing comfortable clothes is recommended. Free admission.
