Year-round exercises for health
The High Tatras region invites all active movement enthusiasts to year-round exercises for health.
Stimulate your body and calm your mind with exercises under the supervision of a professional instructor, which will always be adapted to the abilities of the participants and are suitable for all age groups.
Practices will take place every Monday at 4:00 p.m. until the end of 2023.
Exercise mats are available free of charge and comfortable clothing is recommended.
