As part of the Nádych festival (paraNádych section), Divadlo Poprad invites you to an engaging performance of Medusa in the Kitchen by Divadlo bez domova!
The Nádych festival's paraNádych section features theatre groups working with people with health or social disabilities. The first guest ensemble is Divadlo bez domova from Bratislava, led by Patrik Krebs and Uršuľa Kovalyk.
About the play:
A theatrical play with movement and performative elements combines the ancient Greek story of Medusa the Gorgon with stories of homeless women and the theme of sexual violence. Professional female artists, homeless people, and individuals with physical disabilities worked together to present this traditional tale in a fresh, unconventional way.
