World Yoga Day announced by UNESCO gives an opportunity to reflect on what YOGA has given to the world. It is a unique opportunity to achieve balance, harmony between our inner world and the space around us. The present time creates a tension between these two realities. This tension is basically a block-spasm that prevents the harmonious flow of our life forces and leads to a weakening of the immune systems at the level of physical, emotional, mental and social health. This results in tension between people, families, interest groups and nations. In order to be happy, a person needs a life in inner and outer peace, to feel safe with the possibility to creatively develop his human potential. The way to these goals is work on each of us. It begins with self-awareness and the ability to cultivate and activate the positive hidden forces within us. They will positively transform our internal environment /thoughts, emotional attitudes, wishes, desires, expectations, ..../ and this will begin to heal the world around us. Let's remember Gandhi's statement: "Be the change you want to see".

The several thousand-year-old science of yoga brought and brings these solutions.

In connection with this day, a practical program is prepared for you in the sense - a gram of practice is more than a ton of theory.
