At the upcoming 11th year, we will meet on September 7, 2024, and we look forward to all permanent, occasional and new runners and, of course, to children as well.

We will traditionally run around the Štrbské pleso lake and in the adjacent running area. The track around the lake is relaxing, but outside it, runners will also enjoy off-road climbs and support their blood circulation. Exercising at an altitude of 1,346 m (Štrbské Pleso is our highest inhabited settlement) brings not only endorphins, but also health benefits. It is not for nothing that Štrbské Pleso is a sought-after climatic spa.

Those who cannot come to the Tatras, but want to support the Run for the Tatras 2024, have the opportunity to run it from anywhere - virtually and non-competitively. Virtual runners will also be included in the traditionally rich raffle. A finishing medal and a commemorative starting number are a matter of course.

The novelty of this year is that we no longer divide the tracks into women's (shorter) and men's (longer), as it was in the past. Anyone can choose whether to run 3.65 km or 7.3 km. In both cases, men and women will be evaluated.
