OPERA UNDER THE TATRA MOUNTAINS
For the fourth time, we invite you to the exceptional opera concert OPERA UNDER THE TATRAS, which will take place in the unique space of the Wooden Articulatory Church in Kežmarok - a place where history naturally combines with music and creates a unique atmosphere.
The organizer of this year's concert is SCENE civic association Bratislava in cooperation with the City of Kežmarok and ECAV in Kežmarok.
For organizational reasons, there is a change in the cast of the concert. Instead of the originally announced tenor Titusz Tóbisz, Jiří Rajniš, a prominent Czech baritone, who has been among the most prominent and successful opera singers of the young generation for several years and performs mainly on foreign opera stages, will perform.
This year too, you can look forward to opera gems in an exceptionally strong artistic cast. The concert will feature:
JIŘÍ RAJNIŠ – baritone
His greatest successes to date include guest appearances at the famous La Scala in Milan, the Semperoper Dresden. He has also guested in productions or co-productions with opera houses in Nancy, Zurich, Palermo, the Valle D'Itria Festival, and the Welsh National Opera in Cardiff.

JÚLIA GREJTÁKOVÁ – piano
popular performer known at home and abroad
Together, they will guide you through the world of opera through the most beautiful arias, duets, and selected scenes that will leave a strong and unforgettable artistic impression.
Works by opera greats such as Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, Francesco Cilea, Antonín Dvořák, and other masters of operatic literature will be performed.
