20. výročie víchrice vo Vysokých Tatrách
Dňa 19. novembra 2024 si pripomenieme 20. výročie ničivej víchrice, ktorá zasiahla Vysoké Tatry v roku 2004. Táto udalosť zanechala hlbokú stopu nielen v našich lesoch, ale aj v srdciach všetkých, ktorí boli jej svedkami. Na pamiatku tejto tragédie sú pripravené spomienkové podujatia, ktoré budú venované nielen prírode, ale aj ľuďom, ktorí priložili ruku k obnove našich veľhôr.
Príďte si s nami uctiť túto významnú udalosť a spoločne si zaspomínať na to, ako sme sa postavili pred výzvu obnovy Tatranskej prírody.
Niekoľko faktov
Dňa 19. novembra 2004 po štvrtej hodine poobede prišiel do Vysokých Tatier vietor, ktorý ich za hodinu zmenil na nepoznanie. Tak, ako sme boli zvyknutí žiť v Tatrách doslova v lese, sa z večera do rána náš život zmenil. Ak niektoré stromy ráno neležali, bolo to väčšinou preto, lebo boli opreté o ktorúsi zo zničených budov.
V novembri 2024 si pripomenieme už 20 rokov od kedy Vysoké Tatry dramaticky zmenili svoj vzhľad.
