The Podtatranské Museum in Poprad invites you to the 3rd from the series of summer reading room Letná čitáreň - Retro again in fashion. On Friday, August 13, 2021, at 8:00 pm in the premises at Vajanského 72/4 in Poprad, we will introduce you to Mrs. Danka Rosová, who will accompany us through life in Czechoslovakia - RETRO is modern again, isn't it?

What is RETRO? It is a general designation for something past, extinct, former, it can be a designation for anything back in time. Today, the word RETRO is often used to refer to the period relating to the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s.

Photographs from this period will bring us closer to life in Czechoslovakia, older people will remember, younger ones will realize how fast the development is progressing, and yet we return to many subjects not only out of nostalgia.

The event will take place in the outdoor amphitheater of the Podtatranské Museum in Poprad on Vajanského 72/4, in case of bad weather in the spare interior.
