LESNÝ KÚPEĽ – CESTA K HARMÓNII S PRÍRODOU
Múzeum Tatranského národného parku v spolupráci so Slovenskou asociáciou lesného kúpeľa pozýva na jedinečné podujatie, ktoré priblíži silu prírody a ukáže, ako čerpať z jej liečivých účinkov.

* Kde? Kinosála Múzea TANAP-u, Tatranská Lomnica
Hlavným hosťom podujatia bude Ing. Berta Stašková, odborníčka na lesnú terapiu a zakladateľka Slovenskej asociácie lesného kúpeľa, ktorá predstaví princípy tejto jedinečnej metódy.
Počas podujatia sa účastníci dozvedia:
* Čo je lesný kúpeľ a ako pozitívne ovplyvňuje fyzické aj duševné zdravie
* Ako prebieha táto forma terapie v praxi
* Aké sú možnosti rozvoja lesných kúpeľov v Tatranskom národnom parku a okolí
Stačí prísť a zažiť atmosféru spojenia s prírodou – spoznať osobitý spôsob relaxácie a regenerácie.
