The village of Spišské Bystré cordially invites you to celebrate the 730th anniversary of the first written mention of our village! Come and have fun on Friday, August 30, 2024, in the parking lot behind the municipal office building and in the park behind the Villa Cubach cultural center. The program will start at 4:30 p.m. fascinating performance of the Living Sculptures. At 18:00 you will be delighted by the band Srdcovka, which is premiering its new music album in our village. The evening culminates in a concert by the popular band Drisľak at 8:00 p.m. During the entire event, you can enjoy various specialties in our gastro zone. Admission to the Friday program is free. The celebrations will continue on Saturday, August 31, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. the traditional, already 26th edition of the Kubas festival with Peter Stašák. The festival will be held in Kubaško and will bring a rich program this year as well. FS Rovienka, Ján Marton, Pavol Stašák, Milan Iván, Anna Gajová, Marta Križanová, Dominika Kleisová, Peter Košč, Janka Slowinska, Petra and Otto Weiterovci and of course Peter Stašák himself will perform during the festival. The main star of the evening will be the well-known Slovak band Peter Bič Project. This year, the festival will also offer a rich raffle, refreshments, a gastro zone, children's attractions and an evening disco. The entrance fee for the festival is as follows: children under 15 are admitted for free, adults pay €4 in advance, €5 on the spot. Advance tickets are available in the Spišské Bystré Municipal Office building, on the ground floor in the first contact office.
