Open Day at High-Altitude Observatories
The Astronomical Institute of the Slovak Academy of Sciences invites you to an exceptional Open Day at the high-altitude observatories on Skalnaté Pleso and Lomnický štít.
Dear astronomy enthusiasts, if you missed visiting the instrument equipment of the Astronomical Institute of the SAS in a beautiful high-mountain environment during the traditional summer open days, this year we exceptionally welcome you on October 17th at Skalnaté Pleso and Lomnický štít.
Tours will take place as follows:
→ Lomnický štít: continuous entries during cable car operating hours
→ Skalnaté Pleso: entries every 30 minutes from 10:00 to 16:00
Admission is free and no reservation is required.
